Tony’s role is generally one of close confidante, coach and coaxer to the CEO. He is also able to keep an ear open for what is happening throughout the organisation and is able to give advice and make recommendations without regard to position or place.

We imagine you have spent many hours in beige, benign and boring conference rooms while being asked to think creatively.
