The "Forest Camps" you facilitated both internally and with the client of ABB Kinleith, CHH Kinleith, were instrumental in creating a culture for mutual respect and cooperation.

The "Pathfinders" team you initiated and coached for a long period is still today for ABB Kinleith an important element of our ongoing development. The "Leadership" courses you ran for both "Future Leaders" programmes were remarkable in the understanding of leadership issues it generated for its participants.

I can summarise in saying that without your personal contribution to the ABB Kinleith organisation development programme we would not be where we are today.
